POWER TO THE PUPIL
This year's conference puts the spotlight on students, who are at the heart of all that we do. What do we do to reach, engage, and empower our students to be more active and motivated learners? How can technology help us reach these goals?

More specifically, the conference aims to bring together educators to reflect and share about how they enable students to develop the "Five 8s" (so named since each skill ends in the suffix "ate") :

• Investigate - Actively locate and evaluate content that they find
• Contemplate - Think about the meaning of what he has learned
• Create - Present new insight or find a new way of sharing the knowledge
• Collaborate - Work together in projects both on and offline.
• Communicate - Share learnings in an effective and creative manner.
